@ 交流依頼の手紙
Dear ▽▽▽▽(母B)
Hello. My name is △△△△(担当教諭). I’m a music teacher in Yoshida Elementary School in Obu-city, Japan. Ms.○○○○(児童Aの母) told me your email address so I am happy to be able to send you an email.
As she told you, I would like to exchange music and ideas between your
students and mine, using the internet. This is what I hope to do. First,
I will video tape my students performing and put the video on our school’s
website. Then, you and your students access our site, watch the students
singing and having fun and then let us know (by e-mail) what you thought
about it. Finally, we would really appreciate you introducing us to some
typical American children’s songs. Either a similar video performance
or just some songs (written music with lyrics) would be great, whatever
you choose.
I’ll take the video tomorrow. After putting it on the website, I will send you the website address. When you get the address, please access the site and watch the video.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards

A 母Bからの返事
Dear △△△△(担当教諭)
This sounds like fun! We are looking forward to seeing your performance!
We would be honored to participate in this exchange of music and cultures.
We can respond to your performance through e-mail immediately. However,
I do not have a web-site and have not found a format for video that e-mails
well. I will try to make a video for you and mail it. You can send me your
address or I can send it through □□□□(児童A). It will take a little longer that way, but it will be of better quality.
While you are waiting on our video, I will try to gather some sheet music
for you. We are so excited for this opportunity! Thank you so much.
Sincerely,
