〜　Toward World Cup,　Amusing Village　〜

■　準備　
　・　「グループへの指示書」「情報紙」各１セット４〜６人分　各グループに一枚ずつ
　・　大きな用紙（A3用紙），Toward World Cup2006は「ポジション図」も各グループに一枚ずつ
　・　振り返り用紙  各自に一枚ずつ 
　・　筆記用具

■　ねらい　
　・　英語Tやオーラル・コミュニケーションTの授業で，英語を使って，積極的にコミュニケーションを図ろうと
　　する態度や能力を高める。
　・　互いに協力する体験をすることで，人間関係や雰囲気をよくする。
　・　英語で書かれた情報紙を指示書に従って課題を解決していく過程で，英語の運用力を高める。
　（留意点：情報は，辞書を使っても日本語に訳してもよいが，できる限り英語を使うようにさせる） 

■　実施できる時間　
　・　外国語（英語T，オーラル・コミュニケーションT等）時間
　・　ＬＴの時間

■　展開例　
　１　導入　
　　・　与えられた課題を英語を用いて協力することで，解決するエクササイズの目的と方法を説明する。
　　・　チーム全体の協力がないと課題を解決できないことを強調する。なるべく英語を使うように指示する。
　２　展開
  　@　４〜６人でグループをつくり，グループごとに着席し，リーダーを選出するように指示する。
　　A　この活動のねらい，課題，手順，時間などを提示する。
　　B　情報紙１セットずつを各チームに配り，一人に一枚ずつ裏向けに配るように指示する。特に情報は口頭のみ
　　　で伝えることができ，他者に手渡したり，見せたりはできないことを徹底する。
　　C　「グループへの指示書」を配り，読み上げる。
　　D　情報紙が全員に行き渡ったことを確認し，開始を告げて，時間を計る。
　　E　所定の時間が来たら，グループの作業が途中であっても打ち切る。
  　F　制限時間内に解答が出てしまったら，メンバーの誰もが説明できるかどうかを確認する。
  　G　各グループから結果とそれに至った過程を報告してもらう。その後，正解を発表する。
　３  振り返り　
  　　振り返り用紙を配り，各自で記入する。振り返り用紙に各自が記入したことを分かち合いながら，この課題達
　　成の過程で起こったこと，そこから学んだことをグループで話し合う。各グループの振り返りで話されたことを
　　発表してもらい，この活動のねらいとの関連で気付いたことなどを話す。
　４　まとめ　
　　　正解数にこだわらず，各グループでどれだけ協力ができたか，課題を解決する過程で気が付いたことに注目さ
　　せる。また，どれだけ英語を使ってコミュニケーションを図ろうとしたか，コミュニケーションの手段としての
　　英語に気付かせる。英語指導助手がいれば，助言や感想を述べてもらう。

Toward World Cup 2006


The World Cup will be held in Germany in 2006.
As the result of the Asia tournament， Japan got a position to play in the
coming Ｗorld Cup．
You are sportswriters of Germany. And you need to obtain the starting
lineup list of the Japanese team as soon as possible. Now you have the
information gathered by them on hand.

You are expected to make effective use of the information in order to
determine the starting lineup of the Japanese team within the 25-minute
time limit.

Rules:
　・Information should be conveyed orally. Do not show or give any other
　 member the information ｐaper.
　・Make effective use of the large-sized paper for writing down figures or
　 words while discussing in the group. Do not copy totally what is written
　 in the information paper onto the large-sized paper.

・Oguro has a back ache and cannot do his favorite training. 
・The Left Back is the slowest runner on the team. 
・All of the defenders are in their 20s. 
・Miyamoto, Nakamura, and Ogasawara get more than 100 million yen a year. 
・The player with the lowest assist rate is Nishizawa and 
　the player with the highest assist rate is Ogasawara. They both play as MFs. 
・The Right Forward drives a sports car. 
・The Offensive MF is the most lightweight on the team. 
・The only left-handed player on the team is the Left Defensive MF. 
・The Right Offensive MF, the Right Defensive MF, and Santos are more than 185 cm tall. 
・Only Miyamoto and Inamoto drive sports cars.
・Zico is not a defender. 
・Kawaguchi has a driver license but no car. 
・The most excitable players are the Left Offensive MF，Libero and Santos. 
・Nakata is neither the Right Defensive MF nor the Keeper.
　He is the most lightweight player on the team.

　and then the Right Forward.

・Ogasawara is shorter than the Right Offensive MF. 
・Nishizawa is left-handed.
・The only defender who enjoys training is the Center Back.

あなたがたの課題は，チームとしてある課題を解決することです。

そのために必要な情報は，すべて情報紙の中にあります。

各情報紙には，部分的な情報しか書かれていませんが，全員の

情報を集めれば，課題を解決することができます。

　各自がもっている情報は，口頭で伝えてください。他者の情報紙を

見たり，他者に渡したり，見せたりすることはできません。

また，情報をみんなが，見えるように黒板や大きな用紙に書き写すこ

とはできません。

スタートの合図から３０分で作業は打ち切ります。
